A Hometown Lawyer for the Communities He Knows Best

Caleb D. Thomas is a proud native of Hohenwald, Tennessee. After graduating from Lewis County High School, he pursued his higher education at Columbia State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University before earning his Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law.

Caleb has been a practicing attorney in the State of Tennessee since 2018, building a reputation for honest counsel, careful preparation, and a deep commitment to the people of Lewis, Hickman, Wayne, Lawrence, and Maury Counties. Whether the matter is criminal defense, family law, estate planning, or civil litigation, his goal is the same: provide every client the personal attention and straightforward advice they deserve.

Hayli Gilbert is a lifelong resident of Hohenwald, Tennessee, and a graduate of Lewis County High School. She brings a strong background in Tennessee family and child support matters, having previously served with the Tennessee Child Support Office in the 32nd Judicial District before joining the Law Office of Caleb D. Thomas.

That experience makes Hayli an invaluable part of the team — she understands the procedures, the paperwork, and, most importantly, the people. From the first phone call through every step of a case, Hayli works to ensure clients feel heard, informed, and supported.

Outside of the firm, Hayli is a devoted wife and mother of three. Like Caleb, her commitment to this community is personal — these are her neighbors, her friends, and her hometown.
